Pankey, who, being duly sworn, on oath depose and say that they are well acquainted with James D. Quarles, who makes the foregoing application and statements, and have known him for 20 years and 20 years, respectively, and know him, to be the identical person he represents himself to be, and the statements made by him are true, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and they have no interest whatever in his claim.

Received of GUION MILLER, Special Commissioner of the Court of Claims, Treasury Warrant No. 10968-69-70-71 each for the sum of $133.19 in full settlement of amount due the beneficiary or beneficiaries enrolled opposite Roll Number 1197-98-99-2000 on the final Roll of the Eastern Cherokees entitled to share in the fund arising from the judgement of the Court of Claims of May 28, 1906, as approved by said Court March 15, 1910.
