Sanford, who makes the foregoing application and statements, and have known her for 32 years and 32 years, respectively, and know her, to be the identical person she represents herself to be, and the statements made by her are true, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and they have no interest whatever in her claim.

Received of GUION MILLER, Special Commissioner of the Court of Claims, Treasury Warrant No. 11239-40-41-42-43-44-54 each for the sum of $133.19 in full settlement of amount due the beneficiary or beneficiaries enrolled opposite Roll Number 2265-66-67-68-69-70-71 on the final Roll of the Eastern Cherokees entitled to share in the fund arising from the judgement of the Court of Claims of May 28, 1906, as approved by said Court March 15, 1910.
