Text:   The markings on the main stone are for the most part illegible, except for Goble inscribed in the base stone. There are two small stones, one each side the main stone, marked Father (on left) and Mother (on right). To the left of William's "Father" stone, there is a thin stone slab for Homer B. (son of Wm - died 1842, age 2 1/2) and to the left of that, lying broken is the stone for Newton B. (d. 1872, age 28). In the next row back from the Goble stone, there are two stones (Sarah Green - d. 1872, 99 years old, mother of Laura, and John Green - d. 1849, 81 years old, father of Laura - Laura came from good genes).

Text:   The grave marker is unusual in that it shows Goble at its base, then has Jasper, Roseltha, and Dora Laycock (daughter) on one side of the pink granite stone, William (son), Fred (son) and Eva (daughter in law) on the reverse side, and then at each narrow end, the family name Crerar is etched, with Rose (daughter of Fred & Eva) and Headrick (Rose's husband) on one narrow end, and the names of the two grandchildren (Kenneth & Bonnie Lynn, children of Bob Crerar) who were killed in the same car accident as Rose, etched into the other narrow end.
